Anyone know were i can watch Inside Torchwood Day Four:Children of earth?

inside torchwood was the show that aired after the children earth on BBC America inside torchwood would talk about stuff from that day of shildren of earth please find out for me i really wanted to see four and it was the only one my dvd didnt record

You have to do a survey in order to watch it but its well worth it. I've spent hours looking for day 4 and finally came across this.
