Do I need prior knowledge of Dr. Who in order to enjoy Torchwood?
I haven't seen much Dr. Who in the past and was considering checking out Torchwood and I know it's sort of a spinoff series. Does it stand alone or do I need some working knowledge of the Dr. Who universe?
No, not at all. All though I do watch Dr. Who...
Torch Wood stands proud alone. There my be little things here or there that link the shows but for the most part you don't need to watch Dr. Who.
